SEACOMP’s most recently opened manufacturing facility is located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Just an hour’s drive from our HQ in Carlsbad, California, SEACOMP Mexico offers ample possibilities for in-person collaboration innovators within North America.
There are many reasons why we decided to open a factory here, one of which is the benefits that come with nearshoring: reduced lead times, lowered transportation costs, and tariff savings.
In addition, manufacturing in Mexico allows for the diversification of our supply chains, sustainability gains and a lowered carbon footprint, as well as the expansion of reach for our customers. With Tijuana’s proximity to the U.S., doing “hands-on” business is now possible for a wider range of partners.

Covering an expansive 60,000 square feet, SEACOMP Mexico is a brand-new facility for electronics manufacturing in Mexico, strategically designed to support turnkey production for consumer, medical, and industrial products.
Our comprehensive manufacturing capabilities include high-quality PCB assembly with automated solder paste printing, robotic soldering, SMT component placement, and wave and reflow soldering, all backed by in-line inspection systems.
We ensure product reliability through in-circuit, functional, and end-of-line testing. We put an emphasis on quality assurance so that every unit built meets high quality standards.
With other services such as kitting and final assembly of your device, SEACOMP Mexico offers a streamlined supply chain solution that helps you scale efficiently while benefiting from the cost advantages and proximity of manufacturing in Mexico.

Behind every product we build is a dedicated team of people from technicians, engineers, to administrative and support staff, who bring expertise, heart, and collaboration to the floor every day. Inside our Mexico manufacturing facility, we’ve worked hard to foster a culture that values people just as much as productivity.
Team-building is something we've woven into our company culture. From friendly competitions to shared lunches, we make space for connection beyond the production line. These moments create stronger bonds, better communication, and a more collaborative environment.
We also celebrate together. Holidays, cultural events, and employee milestones are recognized with joy. Our team celebrates birthdays, International Women’s Day, Father’s Day, Rosca de Reyes, and many other events to honor Mexico culture, traditions, and our team’s accomplishments. These celebrations are a small but important way we show appreciation for the people who make everything possible.
When people feel cared for, they bring their best selves to work. To prioritize the well-being of our team, we’ve set up an on-site health clinic. Staff can access basic medical care, wellness consultations, and preventative checkups without leaving the facility. We also offer educational health seminars to our employees on cancer awareness, women's health, nutrition, and more.
