SEACOMP announced today it has completed the acquisition of Milli-Henry Technology Co., Ltd., a company that specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of electronic accessories and components. The company is located in Dongguan, China. Under the terms of this agreement, Milli-Henry will now operate within the SEACOMP group companies that include Displaytech Ltd. and HDP Power. Financial details were not disclosed.
Founded in 1984 by Henry Chang, Milli-Henry is an established manufacturer of wall and car chargers and charging accessories. The company has a substantial 118,000 square foot facility offering research and design, corporate offices, staff dormitories and manufacturing. The facility is vertically integrated with numerous through-hole and surface mount production lines in addition to 13 injection molding machines. Milli-Henry is an ISO 9001:2000 certified facility and an approved manufacturer of MFi (Made for iPhone, iPad or iPod) accessories under Apple's MFi licensing program.

SEACOMP programs include sourcing, manufacturing, and design engineering for internal projects that support customers' electronic products as well as OEM (original equipment manufacturer) made-to-order products.
